How online therapy works:
Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Appointments are typically 55 minutes.

The process begins with a brief consultation to determine fit and discuss your goals for therapy.

During early sessions, we will explore your history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from treatment. From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process focused on meaningful change and long-term healing.

My self- pay rate is $175
.
