Populations I Work With
EMDR & Therapy for Long Island & NYC
I work with people who are craving real connection, a sense of safety, and the feeling of finally growing into themselves. Many of my clients come in exhausted from holding everything together, wanting a space where they can be seen, understood, and met with compassion they haven’t always received. That’s exactly how I show up with them.

II work with those who are truly ready for change. I believe that rock bottom isn’t a failure; it’s actually a solid foundation to rebuild from. Being “sick and tired” isn’t a negative place to be; it’s often the clearest invitation to create a different kind of life. And you don’t have to do that alone.
If you’re feeling anxious or nervous about starting therapy, that’s completely normal. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. Therapy isn’t about having the “right” words or knowing where to start—it’s about showing up as you are.
Sound familiar?
Anxious-attachment, codependent, people pleaser
You hold it all together for everyone, yet inside you feel anxious, exhausted, and unsure of your place in relationships. You’re tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, and feeling like you have to earn love. You shrink your needs and feel responsible for everyone's emotions. You find yourself anxiously waiting for reassurance, overthinking every interaction, or bending yourself to keep the peace. You say “yes” when your whole body is begging you to say “no.”
You want to break these patterns and feel confident, calm, and connected in your life again. Through working together, we can make these things achievable.
ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics and dysfunctional families) ,C-PTSD , complicated family dynamics
Growing up in chaos or unpredictability leaves a mark. You may look “fine” on the outside, but inside, you’re carrying old wounds, hyper-independence, always being on edge, or feeling responsible for everyone’s emotions. You’ve learned to survive, but never how to feel safe.

Therapy gives you space to reconnect with the younger parts of you that never got what they needed. Together, we gently untangle the past, heal the patterns that still show up in your relationships, and help you create a life grounded in trust, stability, and self-worth. We do this through a psychodynamic lens and inner-child work.
First Responders & high stress professions
You’re the one everyone counts on in crises, in chaos, in the moments most people run from. But carrying that weight alone takes a toll. The hyper-vigilance, numbness, irritability, and sleepless nights start to feel like part of the job… until they don’t. Here, you get a space to take the gear off, talk openly, and process what your body and mind have been holding. You don’t have to navigate the stress and trauma of this work on your own.
Mens Mental Health
You’ve been carrying a lot on your shoulders, in your head, and quietly behind the scenes. Maybe you don’t talk about it, but the stress, anger, or pressure is starting to show up in your relationships, your sleep, or your mood. This isn’t about fixing you, it’s about giving you a place to actually deal with what you’ve been holding in and learn healthier ways to move through life without burning out.
