Do you accept insurance?
I work with several insurance plans and aim to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. I am in-network with Northwell Direct, Cigna, and Aetna. For all other plans, I work as an out-of-network provider.
I understand that insurance can feel confusing or overwhelming, so I offer complimentary billing support. I’m happy to verify your benefits, explain what your plan covers, submit claims on your behalf, and provide a clear breakdown of any out-of-pocket costs—so you can focus on your care, not the paperwork.
What is the fee for services? (copy)
Fees vary based on the type of session, including individual, couples, or family therapy. Individaul sessions are $175 and couples & Family sessions are $225. Sliding scale options may be available for those who qualify, as I believe access to therapy should feel attainable. I am happy to work with you to explore payment options that fit your budget if possible.
What is your cancellation policy
I ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the session to someone else. If emergencies arise, we handle those on a case-by-case basis. If you do not cancel within the 24-hour window you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Can I contact you outside of sessions?
I know that things can come up outside of scheduled sessions. You’re welcome to contact me by text or email for non-urgent concerns. While responses may not be immediate, I will reply as soon as I’m able. If you are experiencing an emergency or need immediate support, please call 911, contact 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Do you offer in person and or telehealth?
I offer both in person and telehealth in the state of New York. I offer telehealth only in Florida.
